Mike created Superior Capital Group with a goal of bringing real estate investing within reach for friends and family. Since then, Superior Capital Group has moved beyond catering to friends and family, and is a great fit for investors of any size.

Mike Moe, Principal

Mike has spent 20 years working in the Retail and IT Industry. With experience from leading large sales teams responsible for $45 million in annual sales, to IT & business product operations. In his last role of IT & Business operations, Mike oversaw operational processes and systems for an application that has 20,000+ users across 997 stores and transacts $6+ billion in annual sales. Mike is process driven and has experience creating systems & processes that drive revenue, while reducing overhead costs. After initially starting with a duplex, Mike knew his skill set and passion was best matched with larger multifamily properties and asset management. Mike is the primary asset manager for his multifamily portfolio ich includes 186 units with an approximate market value of $27.5M.

Superior Capital Group is a family oriented business. Keeping in that spirit, we treat each investor, larger or small, just like family.

Dylan Marma

Beginning his real estate investing career in 2015, Dylan quickly rose to a leadership role in a residential and commercial Real Estate investment company in San Diego. There he began investing residential Real Estate, learning how to evaluate markets and manage properties remotely. In early 2018, Dylan joined the team with Rand Partners to expand into additional markets throughout the SouthEast, as well as to build out the systems to open up the doors for outside investors to partner through syndication. Dylan spends a lot of his time analyzing & underwriting new opportunities out of the home office in Knoxville, TN.

Gino Barbaro

Gino Barbaro is an investor, business owner and entrepreneur. He has been investing in real estate for 15 years and has grown his multifamily portfolio to over 1100 units in just 6 years and over $70,000,000 in assets.

Jake Stenziano

Jake Stenziano is the best-selling author of Wheelbarrow Profits and co-founder of JakeandGino.com. Jake is also the founder and Chief Operating Officer of Rand Property Management. As creator of the multi-media, multifamily investing framework, Wheelbarrow Profits, Jake is a leading expert on investing in the multifamily space and currently owns over 1100 multifamily units and over $70,000,000 in assets.
